Welcome to DesignForge. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DesignForge website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
DesignForge provides AI-assisted design generation, mockup creation, and tools to publish products to connected third-party stores. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You retain ownership of the prompts, uploads, and designs you create or provide ("User Content"). You grant DesignForge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to your User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
The Service uses automated models to generate output. Subject to these Terms and any underlying model provider terms, you may use output you generate, including for commercial purposes. However:
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive, sexually exploitative, or that violates the rights or safety of others. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or circumvent security or usage limits of the Service.
The Service integrates with third parties (for example, store platforms, OAuth and payment providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by DesignForge and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesignForge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold DesignForge harmless from claims arising out of your User Content, your use of generated output, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DesignForge is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Questions about these Terms: [email protected].

This Privacy Policy explains how DesignForge ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our Service. We act as the data controller for the personal data described here.
Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires it, we process personal data on the bases of performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with: service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, AI model providers, payment, analytics); third-party platforms you choose to connect; and authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for the period required to meet legal, tax, and security obligations. You may request deletion as described below.
We use technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and limited analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may impair the Service.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for international transfers.
The Service is not intended for individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and the effective date above will be revised.
